Craftsmanship

Watch video
This video was filmed at our atelier in Southern California. We used the sounds of the shoemaking process to create a beautiful tune.
To some these are just tools, but in the hands of a master they are used to create beautiful objects.
Every single pair of our shoes is hand cut.
The California sunshine was used to create the polka dot effect.
Our shoes are hand lasted and dry naturally.
This machine is used to hand cut our soles and heels. The hand crank turns the blades.
Our version of a real stacked heel.
This style features our hand carved wooden heel.
Some styles require many hours of applying and removing the dyes and creams.
The floor in our workshop shows nearly two decades of build up from dyes, creams and wax.
No detail too small, we even make our own laces.
This boot is our version of a modern classic.
